Job Description : Its a 3 Star Hotel*Maintain front office reception area.Answer phone calls and Emails.Welcome incoming customers.Answer questions and address complaints.Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.Keep updated records and files.Coordinating with Travel Agencies for Airlines & Railway bookings, Hotel bookings & Car arrangements for employees & guests, as required.Handling Petty cash and providing all-expense details on weekly basis.Cooperate, coordinate and communicate with other office departments as required.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:Hindi (Preferred)English (Preferred)
