Job Description:
GL / GA
1. Process Journal Entries
2. Perform Reconciliations as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
3.Process reports as per SOP/Request
4.Follow up on Customer Queries
5.Maintain Month End Close data
6.Adherence to Control & Compliance
7.Maintain required % of Accuracy and Turn Around Time (TAT)
8.Follow and update SOP
Salary:
L1(0 – 2 Yrs) – 2.2L CTC to 2.9L CTC + Incentives
L2(3 – 5 Yrs) – Upto 4.2L CTC + Incentives
L3(5+ Yrs) – Upto 5.8L CTC + Incentives
Shift:
Rotational Shift Including Night Shift (2 Days Rotational Week Off)
Rounds of Interview:
HR, Manager Round and Director Round
