This person will play a key role in the organization driving successful TOFU strategyKey ResponsibilitiesDrive consumer insights, competitive analysis, product positioning, naming, objectives and metrics, launch and marketing strategy.Ensure consistent and effective brand positioning and product / promotional messaging across all platforms.Translate business goals and market insights into effective marketing strategies that deliver measurable impact on revenueResponsible for planning, budgeting,implementing and executing online + offline customer acquisition campaigns to generate business growth.OnlineGenerate quality traffic to the website/ mobile application to ensure target conversion rates.Act as the go-to expert within digital marketing (web, search, display, email, content, paid, Influencer and social marketing, activities)Lead multiple digital marketing experiments and initiatives across channels, with aggressive timelines and successfully execute on time and on budget.Use social media management tools for effortless campaign execution and tracking tools like Google Analytics for accurate measurement of key metricsMeasure ROI and funnel conversion at a campaign level and track improvementsReport effectiveness of all digital activity including web analytics, conversions etc for each campaignOfflineSpearhead Offline marketing and business alliancesExperience in Designing and Implementing ATL/ BTL activities is a bonus.Ability to manage and introduce campaigns as planned, on-time.Requirements8-10 years of experience in marketing function with the last 5 years handling digital marketing of a progressive B2C organization (Preferably Travel, Furniture, Jewellery domain) at a senior level.Demonstrable experience in implementing successful campaigns on Google Adwords,Facebook, Native, display and affiliate marketingStrong knowledge of online marketing tools and best practicesShould be solid and have strong knowledge with SEM tools, Keyword Planners, Web AnalyticsExperience in executing the campaigns from scratch and should be an executor with thought leadershipJob Type: Full-time
