Job Description : Qualifications Required: M Ed Special Education, OR M Ed (general) with Diploma in Counselling/Special EducationExperience Required: 5 plus years of relevant experience in Special Education.Other skills required: Should have excellent English communications skills, and be proficient at MS Office.Job Responsibility: Will be required to supervise a team of Special Educators, and fulfil the following responsibilities: Prepare SEN, NIOS, T&D & e-IEP calendar (communication, CRM, etc.)Acquisition of new clients and Re-engagement with existing clientsDevelop SOPs for department activitiesDevelop and implement strategies aligned with organization business goalsBudgeting for the departmentTeam development/bondingYearly planning (Goals, Registrations, IEP approvals & Schedules).IEP definition QESRemedial session monitoring, and monitoring usage of aids/resources as requiredPeriodic review of Progress (vis-à-vis IEP) and Plan and perform informal assessmentsManaging all training needs and activities, and deliver effective induction / refresher programsConducting Training Need Analysis at the Organizational and Individual levelManaging training feedback and improvisation and creating reportsDevelopment of new capacity building programs (courses, workshops, webinars, etc.)Managing all content development and training teamWorking hours: Mon to Fri, only last Saturday of the month working, 9 to 5pm.Type of organisation: An organisation that is offering services that support children (K-12) with behaviour or academic challenges, such as assessments & therapy (counselling, special education, etc) and capacity building programs and therapy support programs.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹55,000.00 – ₹65,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftEducation:Master’s (Preferred)Experience:Special education: 5 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
