Job Description : We are hiring Clinical Documentation Specialist for Pune Location. Minimum 1 Years of experience is required.In this role you will be required to :Understands and applies medicare guidelines and all other appropriate cms or prayer program guidelines as it relates to home healthcare into his / her day to day activitiesAdheres to HIPAA regulation and departmental policies and proceduresPerform timely concurrent and End – to – End review of process documentation for ongoing home care servicesReview the quick assessment form from ground nurses and transcribing into EMRReview all discipline notes and make recommendation, correction and approve.Entering the Fax copies from Referral sources to EMR on a daily basis * Work closely with Clinical team and Insurance verification team on each payer wise referrals on a daily basisUpdating all the referral forms on a daily basis and report to the supervisor * Contribute high level of involvement in patient intake processAssist the supervisors with other task based on the operational needs * Maintain strict confidentiality of our Patient and prospect detailsMust be multitasking also keeping Zero errors on fax keying in EMR processKeeping the high morale and teamwork attitude throughout periodJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceWork from homeSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:YESAbility to commute/relocate:Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)
