Responsibilities:
Managing the email inboxes for our Learning Management System (LMS): one for general inquiries and requests, the other for support and technical assistance
Responding to emails in a timely (within 24-48 hours) manner
Pulling routine reports from the LMS for internal customers as an LMS Administrator
Troubleshooting and resolving technical errors and/or requests in the LMS
Testing courses and other LMS items to prepare for upload to the production site
Communicating clearly and effectively with others around the world in email, direct messaging, voice calls, and video calls
Assist with course uploads, assignment profile creation, pulling learning needs and completions reports, and other LMS projects and initiatives, as needed
Qualifications:
0-2 years; must have prior experience with SuccessFactors LMS Administration
