Job Description : Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.· Contact New or existing customers to inform them about products, offers & trends.· Manage online customer calls generate through Facebook, Linked In, Twitter.· Take Customer feedback and use to generate ideas about new features or products.· Handle customer queries and complaints and resolve it.· Speak to customers about a product’s different features and answer any questions they might have.· Respond to incoming emails and inquiries.· Taking Payment follow-up from customers on a regular basis.· Timely and accurate reporting to authorized person.· Enter and update customer information in the database.· Review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Commission payExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Work Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
