SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Business Priorities:
This role is the subject matter expert for Digital Marketing technologies for Kimberly-Clark consumer business in APAC. The primary mission of the position is to drive business outcomes using a combination of strategy, information technology products and services, digital, data and analytics. This role is expected to provoke thought leadership and strategic direction by providing internal/external perspective and proactively seek out and manage value opportunities for IT solutions and services.
Role Accountabilities:
This role reports to VP Digital and IT, APAC and will be required to work closely with the country leadership teams, Global IT delivery teams , Country Head of IT and external vendor partners.
Operations and Compliance: Ensure seamless and stable delivery of IT services in the region. Be responsible for protecting K-C physical and data assets in compliance with local regulations on security and privacy.
Business Capability : Identify areas of generating business value by eliminating waste, automation, unlocking growth using leveraging Data and Analytics. Then deliver digital solutions to deliver business outcomes leveraging digital enabler technologies like Cloud, UX, RPA, API and Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning.
Primary responsibilities:
a. Provide strategic thought leadership for Digital marketing in the region – bringing in internal and external best practices and developments
b. Oversight of service delivery of all Marketing IT and Technology Services
c. Lead a portfolio of technology enabled business change initiatives to create new capabilities and deliver business outcomes
d. Leverage the matrix operating model to land key global capabilities in cluster and influence global strategy and investments to align with market needs
e. Finance and Value management of IT spends and investments including developing a strategic roadmap of investment over a 3-5 year horizon
f. Be the change agent to drive digitalization of the enterprise by educating and driving adoption of digital enabler technologies
g. Drive Innovation through partnerships with vendors and startups in leveraging new technologies and trends

Strong technology and CPG commercial functional background

Experience with driving large IT led business change initiatives
Good command of verbal and written English
Global VISA and Relocation Specifications:
K-C requires that an employee have authorization to work in the country in which the role is based. In the event an applicant does not have current work authorization, K-C will determine, in its sole discretion, whether to sponsor an individual for work authorization. However, based on immigration requirements, not all roles are suitable for sponsorship.
This role is available for local candidates already authorized to work in the role’s country only. K-C will not provide relocation support for this role.
