Someone who can integrate with the design team and craft the right words to provide an impactful product experience across all our platforms. As a fierce customer advocate, the UX Writer would be tasked with distilling complex problems into simple, savvy communication; understanding how customers think and speak to identify the functional and natural language. Loves finding creative ways to solve design challenges and improve the customer experience.The Responsibilities – What will you do?Set the tone for content and drive cohesive product narratives across multiple platforms and touchpoints.Plan, write, edit, test, and improve content like user interface microcopy, landing pages, error messages, and user notifications.Craft consistent, clear, and concise content to ensure that text and visuals achieve perfect harmonyParticipate in the end-to-end design process and collaborate with designers, product managers, developers to craft strategically sound, on-brand solutions.Using market segment analysis, customer feedback, metrics, and usability findings to drive content.Use business requirements and user research to assist in developing scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirementsExplore user needs across the user experience, including UI text, in-product tutorials and documentation.Have empathy for users and a knack for storytelling.The Requirements – What Skills do you Need?2-5 years of experience as a user experience writer or similar role.Have a portfolio/research case studies that demonstrate UX/copywriting capabilities, documentation and visual design skills.Able to deliver product content with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.A well-trained eye for excellent writing, consistency and detail.Comfortable using design tools such as Figma/ Miro / Adobe Suite is a plus.Degree in UX Design & Research/Psychology/User Experience/Human-Computer Interaction or any related field would be preferred.Experience with qualitative and user-centered design methodologies.Working knowledge of quantitative, behavioral analysis and statistics.A drive to keep up with the emerging digital trends and culture, and the ability to engage with the wider digital creative community.Why should I join Engagedly?You get to directly contribute to a fast-growing product, in a domain that has seen tremendous growthWork independently with your chosen methods to drive resultsPhenomenal learning experience with guaranteed self-development & growthNo dearth to growing within the Product Design track.
