Job Description:
JUNIOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT

Role is to expedite and reconcile entries for daily transactions and assist senior accountant in account operations.

JOB ROLE
Document and enter all daily transactions for accountingGenerate necessary commercial documents to support operationsReconcile accounts payable and receivable on weekly basis as requestedTally and reconcile ledgers with internal and external stakeholders regularlyAssist senior with monthly, quarterly and annual tax filings and compliancesProvide information and generate reports, as per management request

QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s in commerce / Accounting / Finance or relevant degreeMinimum 1/2 years total experience as accounts executive or assistant in manufacturing or trading companyBasic knowledge of accounting regulations and GST norms along with experience with ledger functionHands-on experience with Tally ERP is must along with basic MS Excel skills
