Job Description : Summary/ Objective: At Gaiagen, we manufacture products that are biological alternatives to chemicals, in the field of pest management.We are looking for smart candidates with interest to pursue a career in the field of Accounts, Finance & Taxation with basic background on accounting practices.Required Qualification:B.Com, M.com, Bachelor of Accounts & Finance (BAF)1 year experience in the field of accounting, finance or taxation preferred.Good communication skills in Kannada, English and Hindi.Skills and Attributes:Knowledge of basic bookkeeping proceduresFamiliarity with finance regulationsGood math skills and the ability to spot numerical errorsHands-on experience with MS Excel and Tally.Organization skillsAbility to handle sensitive, confidential informationJob Description:Day to Day updation of Bank/Cash/Purchase/Stock entries, Sending quotations, preparation of Sales Invoices/Debit/Credit Notes/Journal Vouchers in Tally ERP.Knowledge of statutory compliances under GST.Periodical Cash & Bank ReconciliationsPreparation of MIS Reports (Sales, Expenditure, Receivables, Payables & Cash Flows)Preparation of GST, TDS and Profession Tax ReturnsThorough knowledge of various tax statutes for recording entries from the statutory perspectiveBasic knowledge of company law secretarial mattersJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to ₹250,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Yelahanka, Bengaluru – 562163, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)Expected Start Date: 11/04/2022
