Job Description : We are looking for an enthusiastic kindergarten teacher to foster and facilitate the intellectual and social development of the children. Teaching in kindergarten includes planning, implementing and assessing lessons. You will teach children with patience and creativity. Kindergarten Teacher duties include designing a teaching plan and using activities and instructional methods to motivate children.ResponsibilitiesDesign and follow a complete teaching planTeach alphabet and numeracy along with personal, social and emotional skillsOrganize learning material and resourcesUse a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities etc) to motivate and stimulate children’s abilitiesMaintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate informationAssess students performance and progress to ensure they are mastering the skills on regular basisMonitor children’s interactions and nurture cooperation and sharingCooperate with administration staffFollow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulationsRequirements and skillsProven working experience as a Kindergarten Teacher, Kindergarten Assistant or Teacher AideExcellent knowledge of child development and latest education theories and practicesCreative and artistic teaching abilitiesTeaching and organization skillsPatience and flexibilityStrong communication skillsKeep abreast with the latest trends and best practicesNTT OR MTT WITH DEGREE2 years or more work experience in the same field.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹22,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Jalahalli East, Bengaluru – 560015, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Teaching: 2 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXApplication Deadline: 24/03/2022
