Job Description : Job overview. We are looking for a meticulous Senior Lab Technician who will be solely responsible for optimizing lab procedures and succeeding in producing reliable test results.Roles and responsibilities: Executing laboratory testing in line with standard testing procedures, recording observations, and interpreting findings.Recording all data and test results accurately and in specified format (written and/ or electronic)Cross verify patient details and map the test report with the correct sample.Adhering to safety guidelines at all times within the laboratory.Maintaining daily logs and equipment record books.Cleaning, sterilizing, maintaining, and calibrating laboratory equipment.Ordering laboratory supplies, as needed.Ownership of company assets while in use.Qualifications & RequirementBachelors’ degree in MLT or any related field.Valid laboratory technician license.In-depth knowledge of handling semen analysisPrevious experience with semen sample analysis will be an added advantage.Pick virtual calls with the head office on a daily basis.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹13,261.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftMorning shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)
