Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities – Duties and Responsibilities: We need innovative product manager who will collaborate with business and technology team and should have solutionist mindset for problem solving. Should be passionate about long term and sustainable product building approach. • To monitor improve and manage various products and payments on the Bajaj Finserv App • To understand the problem statement of different business verticals and ideate around the same for delivering product for mass consumption. • Translate service strategy into detailed requirements and write user stories with story-level acceptance criteria. • Define KPI’s to be measured & work towards continuous innovation relevance and sustainability of individual products. • To align on feature pipeline and ensure timely and quality deliver of the same • To train and guide team members for service and payments related task. • To engage with different cross functional teams to constantly improve all metrics and performance of the product. • Work with PMs in other solutions for cross leveraging features and capabilities • To drive and deliver strong engagement numbers of individual products • Engaging and delivering technology builds with internal stake holders & Subject Matter Experts (COE teams) • Creating project work streams with clear delivery dates and driving cross functional teams to deliver basis agreed dates. • Keep oneself management and the project team updated on latest regulatory norms on the mobile app development world related to Google Apple Xiaomi etc. Experience and Expertise: • Bachelors or master’s in engineering or related disciplines or equivalent experience in technical roles • MBA from a reputed institute. • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in mobile app product management or project management or engineering teams. • Should understand API SDK PWA and other mobile development bricks. • Should have handled a small team and worked in teams with multiple stakeholders • Desirable to have experience of working on product for mass consumption. • Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment. • Should have excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills. • Exceptionally high motivation levels and needs to be a self-starter. • Proven track record of working in agile teams.
