Job Purpose
“This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.” BFL is building a 3in1 App encompassing all its Products and Services. The objective of the team is to deliver a nimble and cutting-edge Mobile App which hosts all SME relevant products and services. Being a Mobile app platform, it’s imperative to build this as a minimal click framework to reduce customer effort. The unit will be responsible for creating the user story documentation with respective businesses and functions, refine these requirements and curate the same to create horizontal solutions on the 3in1 App. The team would then work with Marketing team for the UI/UX and IT team for the technology delivery of the app platform.

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities – 3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) • Generate ideas for improvement processes and brainstorm impact with counterparts in Functions/ Business team and gauge feasibility for automation • Add strategic value to processes through competition mapping and best practices adoption in mobile App World • Participate in presentation with project priorities timelines quarterly plans etc. to Senior Team members & Vertical Head for sign-off • Prepare overall project plan for execution of Fintech projects with large impact or horizontal level impact • Prepare monthly updates and reports on project status and progress to be shared with Supervisor and Head of Verticals seek inputs on course correction • Understand change requirements and evaluate to take decision on selection of processes for automation based on impact and extent of change • Guiding the team for scoping of the project along with the relevant stakeholder for critical projects • For all projects in post-production guide sustenance monitoring to ensure appropriate approach is adopted to better understand pilot response/ feedback and ensure smooth and stable execution. • Guide team on the external practices / research may be followed operational processes and application in our business scenario. • Review the project plans prepared by the team for all projects and provide inputs on enhancing effectiveness and efficiencies and deliver within timelines • Review achievement of project milestones adherence to timelines etc.; Resolve issues roadblocks and escalations to ensure delivery as per desired objectives • Engage with business stakeholders/ Functions to provide status update on projects (for business/ Functions initiated projects) and to update on delays / issues / deviations and agree on revision of timelines/ scope of project • Establish individual performance expectations and regularly review individual performance of the team • Identify and create development opportunities for team members to enhance functional knowledge

Required Qualifications and Experience
* SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications MBA/Post Graduate Degree, A degree in IT is preferred b) Work Experience 6-7 years of experience Hands-on field experience preferred Experience in project management, team management and stakeholder management preferred Should have strong understanding of operational systems and a technological bent to understand latest technologies and their business use cases Technology orientation and attitude to challenge status-quo. High degree of passion and self-belief. Collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues in other functions across the company. Exceptionally high motivational levels and a self-starter.
