Team Overview
We are currently seeking an Accounting Manager of Corporate IT Systems. An ideal candidate in this role will be someone with automotive industry background, or other form of manufacturing experience.
Responsibilities
Lead team to enhance current system design and performance and assist in the implementation of major enterprise systems.
Lead the platform design and Integration strategies for new and existing accounting systems.
Lead enterprise initiatives, prioritization, and execution.
Engage directly with senior executive leadership team to drive and influence design of end-to-end business processes and solutions across multiple functions that enable new enterprise business ventures and transformations.
Establish and lead cross-functional Center of Excellence for ERP to develop roadmap for system and data platform, prioritization, and program management.
Lead accounting/tax transformation initiatives.
Develop and set strategic direction for change management and communication.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance and/or the equivalent in experience
CA or CPA is a plus
3+ years of experience in Accounting and IT Systems
Strong understanding of US GAAP
Well organized, detailed oriented, open to change and willing to learn new skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Highly effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to develop strong partnerships and influence people effectively
Ability to apply policies and standards consistently.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize appropriately, comply with deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work independently
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Google Suite, especially Google Sheets
Experience with Infor LN-ERP is a plus.
