What we’re looking for:
Salesforce Sales Cloud team is looking for a CRM manager to join their team and hit the ground running! In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing innovative and data-driven strategies and to improve business outcomes for sales engagements. You will have a great opportunity to work with some of the sharpest minds in the industry to execute Sales strategies and help the business achieve sales targets via salesforce automation.
Job Responsibilities:

Manage a team of Salesforce admins/Citizen developers and being their resource for any questions or roadblocks they may have. Coach, guide, and mentor others in the team.
Be the leader for any projects that are assigned to the Salesforce team: not only will you oversee the lifecycle of the project, but you will also be expected to be hands on and take on admin/developer duties for the project as well.
Quarterback process on behalf of Sales to transition from current CRM to new CRM, including developing transition plan, researching best practices, implementing changes.
Consistently demonstrate the ability to influence stakeholders on design, solution, and business process
Provide governance and best practices/standards supporting the full application development life cycle. Keeps abreast of new platform features, releases, industry best practices etc. with ability to translate these capabilities to solve business challenge relative to our environment.
Hands on develop and configure changes in Salesforce and set up dashboards and reports, both in CRM and beyond, to track sales operations and cross-functional efficiencies, and identify areas for improvement.
Proactively identifying opportunities for operational efficiency, obtaining leadership buy-in, and leading the execution.
Demonstrate proficient level of business acumen to identify and communicate impacts to departmental stakeholders and/or other platforms or business process owners
Manage day to day work assignments of the team members, completions, follow-up, and related deliverables. Raising any issues to management attention with independence and correct degree of judgement/urgency.
Keeps abreast of new Salesforce.com features, releases, industry best practices etc…with ability to translate these capabilities to solve business challenge relative to our environment.
Drive transformation and innovation working with the sales and marketing teams

Qualifications:

Looking for the overall experience of 10+ years with 2 years of people management experience
Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and positive business impact.
Extensive experience in implementing large scale CRM projects such as Salesforce.com lightning migration
Excellent Business Acumen skill with excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as excellent presentation skills; ability to lead meetings and often takes a leading role in senior level presentations with management teams
Sales Cloud experience or Service Cloud experience AND Salesforce Lightning experience
One or more Salesforce certifications—Certified SFDC Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant
Requires a University Degree and minimum 8+ years of prior relevant experience.
