About the Role
We’re launching a SLEW of alcohol brands. And we want some folks who would like to CREATE some MAGIC here.
As the DGM/GM – Marketing, you will create and build brands in the Indospirit portfolio. You will lead the Marketing department, and hence, will be responsible for all the strategic and tactical initiatives for our brands.
What you will do day to day?
Design strategies for building our brands
Design creative communication campaigns at the local/regional/national level to drive brand awareness and engagement
Conceptualize and develop innovative products for trade marketing promotions
Manage and review the marketing budgets for all brands.
Present regular reports on the marketing metrics and effectiveness of our marketing strategies

What are we looking for?
6-9 years experience in building consumer brands – digital marketing experience is a must
Demonstrated experience in executing successful end-to-end marketing campaigns
Excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills, and a flair for creativity
High on initiative, flexibility, detail orientation & persuasiveness
Ability to innovate frugally
Strong collaboration and relationship management skills, with the ability to work with team members, peers, and leadership
