Job Description : Roles and ResponsibilitiesProfiling and identifying the appropriate target customers for all brands associatedBrainstorm new opportunities and creative growth strategiesEvolve strategizing, designing, creating and implementing appropriate and highly effective marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and increase leads generation.Ensuring that plans are aligned with business strategy, reinforce brand positioning and are delivered effectively to targeted audiences.Consistently market and generate the required leads for the brands associated to meet revenue goal.Measure, report and maintain trackers for all marketing campaigns and activities, to assess performance and make improvements (ROI and KPIs)Industry market research analysis, market promotion plan formulation and implementation.Effectively and efficiently lead the marketing team to deliver the expected results on time; make them accountable for their job role objectives and ensure they meet the deliverable expected of them on time.Perform analysis on marketing strategy effectivenessEstablish and work on monthly marketing budget for all campaigns across all platforms for each brands the business is associated with.Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assetsOffer advice to executives as how to increase marketing campaign successMaintain the company’s social media presenceRequired Excellent knowledge in digital marketing ( SEO, SEM, Social Media), and offline marketing strategies that are both hygienic and magnetic. Ultimately, you should be able to expand our client’s digital footprint and brand awareness.Desired Candidate ProfileCandidates with specialized qualification with Marketing, Business, or related field an advantage.Should possess a minimum of 3 years managerial experience.Age less than 35 yearsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven experience developing marketing plans and campaignsStrong management, multitasking, and decision-making skillsMetrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativityJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to ₹70,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)
