Job Description : JOB DESCRIPTIONReading and extracting relevant information from patient records.Assign codes to diagnoses and procedures, using ICD-10 (International Classification of Diseases) and CPT (Current Procedural Terminology) codesEnsure codes are accurate and sequenced correctly in accordance with government and insurance regulationsFollow up and communicate with the supervisor/staff on any documentation that is insufficient or unclearSearch for information in cases where the coding is complex or unusualReceive and review patient charts and documents for accuracyReview the prior coding of a patient account for better evaluation and codingEnsure that all codes are current and activeAssist the billers to handle coding related denialsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per monthBenefits:Provident FundWork from homeSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusApplication Question(s):Are you CPC Certified?Do you have any experience in orthopedic surgery and E/M in both inpatient and outpatient?Experience:total work: 3 years (Required)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXExpected Start Date: 23/03/2022
