Job Description : Handling Daily Reception calls.Making and Updating Treatment Schedule for New and Existing patients on Daily Basis according to time slots on Schedule book.Rechecking Patients Visit as per given time slot from schedule, whether giving Reminder and confirmation call to them as per there schedule.Payment Collection from patient, and tracking proper records of payment which is done via Cash, cards and Cheque.Enrollment of New patients for Consultation by making proper files of treatment.Updating cash Counter sheet.Maintaining daily payment and expenses reports in Excel and Reporting to Accounts department.Checking received and pending payment according to schedule and due date.Giving Reminder calls to Package patients for there Sunday Appointments.Billing Entry and Enrollment of New Patients in Software.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹7,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Jabalpur, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)
