Job Description : Skills Required:· Minimum typing speed 35-40 words per minute.· Should have knowledge of good medical terminology & Abbreviation.Job Responsibilities:· Takes information of discharges from Duty doctor/Team Leader· Prepares Discharge Summary of the discharge patient· Types Activity Sheets Entry to eHIS· Transcribes Echo, Radiology, Histology, Pathology reports· Enters discharge summary of new shifting in the ward· Prepares certificates (rest/fit-to-fly) for surgery patient· Answers the patients queries regarding the discharge summary· Answers TPA/Billing Desk queries· Informs / calls the concerned doctor to finalize discharge summary· Any other duties assigned by the respective Manager.Note: Rotational Shifts (Including night shift) Rotational Week Off (Sunday will not be fixed weekly off) It’s a Full time office job. No work from home allowed.
