Job Description : Roles & Responsibility1. Handling Client calls and updating the end-to-end project status to the client.2. Sharing welcome email, website requirements & App requirements to a new client.3. Handle ticketing system and reply to their inquiry according to the SLA.4. Adding the client query from tickets to task, and making sure the team completes the given task.6. Keep all the requirements and website data of each individual website and add the task.7. Testing of the website if it is completed according to the client’s requirements.8. Deliver the website admin panel demo for clients.9. To have strong knowledge of the previous client and existing client’s website details,10. Preparing weekly reports of Developers.11. Handling end to end project related work.12. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report of project development.13. Understanding the client requirement and handle the project accordingly.14. Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs.15. Strong phone presence and client support through calls and email16. Build and maintain good relationship with clients17. Good / Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi Good interpersonal skills and listening ability.18. Knowledge of computer is mandatory.
