Job Description : DESIGNATION: Patient Counsellor / Medical Social WorkerQUALIFICATION: M.S.W (M & P) / M.S.W (Comm.Dev.)GENDER: Male / FemaleYRS OF EXP: 0 to 4 YrsSALARY: Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.JOB DESCRIPTION:Ø Assess patients through detailed conversations, interviews, and observations to determine the appropriate testing or examination.Ø Diagnose the patient’s mental and emotional disorders.Ø Gathers and validates comprehensive pre-registration data set, obtains required forms and signatures, and distributes forms.Ø Create effective treatment plans that include counselling, medication, or other services.Ø Verifies patients meet financial requirements, estimates charges for up-coming services, and calculates anticipated third party and patient liability.Ø Regularly discuss the treatment plan with your patient to identify faults or room for improvement.Note: Immediate Joiners PreferredJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Flexible shiftMorning shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Chennai – 602105, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Patient Counselling: 1 year (Preferred)
