Job Description : Dear Candidate,Hiring for Performance Marketing SpecialistA Steve jobs for the company who can effectively marry tech with strategic marketing campaigns for each of the brand under the organisation within the digital world.Manage all digital campaigns, from ideation to media planning to optimization and performance analysis * Drive marketing programs that are highly targeted basis content affinity of relevant segmented audience cohortsManage all efforts and goals on organic and digital paid media: SEO, SEM, Display, Paid Social, App Install, Affiliate, Direct buys, etc. Serve as the strategic lead for programmatic display, especially the DoubleClick suiteEstablish processes for monitoring, measurement, and optimization through institutionalizing performance marketing metrics that correlate to business impactDrive digital marketing efficiencies and reach through continuous communication testing (a/b), innovation using different platforms and new products/formats, active co-creation and planning with Google/FB/others as partners What To Bring2-4 years of relevant professional experience with digital media; Google Certified Professional preferredExperience in handling large-scale campaign planning, optimization for both performance and brand impactThorough understanding and hands-on experience of Bid Optimisers, RTB, DSPs, Ad Exchanges, DMPs, Audience targeting/segmentation, Web Analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, etc.Varied industry exposure in running PPC, Affiliates, and Display campaigns focusing on on-site visits and app installsIMPORTANT SKILLS & EXPECTATIONS:Responsibilities include: · Leads & Customer Acquisition at lowest CAC s for all product lines.· Campaign planning across FB, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, Affiliates etc.· Ability to Control: New user Acquisition / Cost per new user / Quality of new user /Website traffic· Media planning: Forecasting the results by considering the factors like market size, audience personas, and targeting groups· Data segmentation and analysis to take some meaningful strategic approaches into the campaign· Perform multi-level A/B testing by in-depth analyzing the tactics mix, historical data, and user behaviors to meet the KPIs.· Use world-class BI and communication tools to move the ship and influence growth.· Analyze data and Fix leaks and communication flows· Drive Growth: Ability to multiply acquisition month-on-month: simple.Requirements: · 7+ years of marketing experience esp. digital media· At least 4 years of experience with digital marketing for a B2C business· At least 2 years of experience building B2B partnerships to drive new user growth with Digital Marketing Skills and Experience· Strong skills at management and analysis of the entire acquisition funnel from creative design to media buying to user acquisition.
