Job Description : Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent requiredProven experience of working as a PhlebotomistMust be comfortable working in a new set up and must have experience of drawing blood of infants and childrenEssential skills required:Obtain blood specimens from patients per laboratory orders by performing venipuncturesKnowledge of medical laboratory principles, standards, applications and testsKnowledge of medical laboratory safety, cleanliness and infection control policies and regulationsCommunicate with and assist patients in a professional and courteous mannerIdentify the patient and confirm the correct patient recordComplete lab requisition forms and produce appropriate labels for forms and specimen tubesEnter patient demographics, tests performed and diagnoses correlating to tests performed in the EMRMaintain records and documentation for proficiency testingPerform all other duties as assignedCompetencies:Proficient ability to use a computerCustomer Service Oriented – Friendly, cheerful and helpful to patients and others*Having a two-wheeler will be an added advantage*Job Types: Part-time, Regular / Permanent, FresherPart-time hours: 36 per weekSalary: From ₹6,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEvening shiftFlexible shiftMorning shiftCOVID-19 considerations:Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves or a mask and take all necessary precautions to prevent COVID-19Ability to commute/relocate:Bhandup, Mumbai – 400078, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
