Job Description : Position: Counsellor FemaleEligibility : BHMS, BUMS,BAMS.Experience: 2-5 yrsPreferred : female, worked as a physician assistant, any gynec experience.The primary responsibility of the role will be to assist patients end to end over call for their health needs in coordination with the healthcare service provider and ensuring the patient has a seamless experience and understanding of the treatment.Responsibilities :Assist patients over calls and advise them with a solution to their healthcare queries & help fix appointments at Healthcare Service ProviderCoordinate with on-field team members & work closely to deliver the best possible service to the customerUnderstand patient requirements of the treatment pre / post consultation and act accordinglyShould be able to understand multiple specialty requirements both surgical and non surgicalShould have basic excel skills and technology efficient .Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹38,000.00 per monthBenefits:Provident FundSchedule:Day shiftMorning shiftCOVID-19 considerations:YesAbility to commute/relocate:HITEC City, Hyderabad – 500081, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:total work: 2 years (Preferred)Physician Assistant: 2 years (Preferred)Application Deadline: 29/03/2022
