Job Description : Dear Candidates,Greetings from SHRI MAHAA SCHOOL!!Requirement of Primary Mathematics Teacher(Female Candidates preferred) at Shri Mahaa School, IngurExperience: Freshers may also apply.Qualification: B.E or B.Sc/M.Sc in Mathematics with B.Ed.,Job Description:Candidate must have excellent communication skills ,anlaytical and good interpersonal skills.-Must have good command over English.-Must have good teaching skills -Should be loyal, sincere and committed to work long term.-Computer Literate [Able to conduct online classes, if required and maintain records as per the school process]-Must be skilled in activity oriented teaching using creative and innovative teaching techniques.Conduct and organize the learning process / session in the classroom.Gear the process of teaching to the needs of all students with a concern for their interests, handicaps, special talents, individual styles and pace of learning.Treat children with dignity and respect.Be approachable to students and parents.Promote maximum student participation and assist students in analyzing and improving methods and habits of study.Monitor students progress constantly and adjust the pace of work accordingly.Ensure that all children pay attention to the Lesson Plan delivered.Enforce regulations concerning the students conduct and discipline and maintain appropriate standards for student behavior in the classroom and in the school premises.Enhance and implement teaching methodologies such as hands-on learning activities, games, classroom discussions, documentaries, movies and mind maps.Be responsible for the emotional and physical well-being of every child.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: From ₹10,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:All Staff and Students are required to wear mask.
