Job Description : Role & ResponsibilitiesConducting and Supporting Scientific Investigations and Experiments.Comfortable with handling of oral liquid section machinery.Planning, Setting Up and Undertaking Production batch.Prepare production planning.Prepare and fill BMR and BPR.Maintaining, Calibrating, Cleaning and Testing Sterility of the Equipment.Batch weighting and dispensing.Pick sample and send to QC.Writing Reports, Reviews and Summaries.Comply SOP over floor.Check packaging of liquid capsule & powder. Keep detailed logs of all Machinery.SkillsUnderstanding of oral liquid section, oral solid capsule section and powder section, plant tissue culture, fermentation & microbiology.Hands on familiarity with handling of machinery.Must have experience of handling instruments like homogenizer, automatic liquid line, capsule (hand filling machine) capsule loader, shifter & blender (cone blender).Ability to prepare solutions and use laboratory tools.Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).Ability to properly maintain confidential informationGood team working skillsQualification: B. Sc. /M.Sc.
