Provides research and support to project teams. Under general supervision, coordinates project objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of industry requirements.

The Technology Talent Excellence (TTE) team is a newly formed centre of excellence (COE) that will tightly align with and support the strategic talent objectives of the Technology organization. As our Technology organization continues to evolve, so must our talent strategy. As we embark on this exciting journey, the B28 will be a part of the Global Early Career Program team reporting into the Program Manager of India ECP team within TTE
In this role, the person will involve the following responsibilities:
• Lead for all India intern programs – End to end program management for 24 week & Summer intern programs. This would involve curating end to end experiences to ensure a great colleague experience
Lead for pre-joining engagements/branding – Curate and execute pre-joining engagement activities for incoming graduates in collaboration with campus team and Technology stakeholdersCo-Lead for campus hiring – Work directly with the campus team to support campus hiring efforts with focus on sourcing panel groups and driving real time targetsData management & analytics – Maintain repository of all India ECP data in alignment with global ECP team, with focus on timely updates and adherence to global practicesLead for all ECP Jive pages – Manage Jive sites for all ECP India cohorts
Experience & Qualifications:
Experienced in partnering with multiple stakeholdersStrong individual contributor who can manage a program with evolving goalsStrong communication and presentation skillsAdept at building strong relationships with stakeholdersDisplays creativity and ability to look outside the box
