What You Will Do :Manage Android Automotive App / HMI development team of 20 membersPerform planning of tasks for a release cycle, Sprint and day to basis.Perform Estimation and Risk management of the project. Manage end to end delivery of the team for sprint and release cyclePerform people management and needed project operations. Participate in hiring, team ramp up and people groomingParticipate in requirements, design discussion and take decisionas neededEnsue quality aspects of delivery as per organizational normsPerform Documentation and Source code management for team deliveryManage internal and stake holder communications, negotiations from management prospective.Frequent interaction with partners and task prioritization based on requirement, quick self-learning of all concepts pertaining to the project
What You Need :Experience in managing and developing Automotive HMI components in Android platform and JavaExperience in Automotive Infotainment projectExperience in Embedded Concepts, Linux/Android OS,RTOS ConceptsExperience of Designing of Android ApplicationDevelopment.
