Job Description:
We are looking for Purchase Executive with also account-admin responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the candidate will be to generate Sales order, Purchasing Quality Products & Maintaining Records, Price negotiations, Ordering & Payment, Follow-ups for material with vendors, Build Contacts With Dealers, maintaining bank statement
Handle expense vouchers and fuel reimbursements of field staff
Maintain attendance records
Should have worked with Tally ERP 9 and possess good knowledge on GST
Must have above average communication skill (English/ Hindi/ Gujarati).
Ability to manage Material Stock.
Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
Other miscellanies office work, Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
Experience in relevant company can be plus point.
