Job Description : Coordinate the Academics for the centres in the Zone w.r.t. to course delivery & timely completion, assessments, declaration of results and certificate requisition.Guide the centres w.r.t. Academics/ Delivery Processes/ Academic Operations/ Centralized PortalEducating students regarding the services available and enlisting them for it.Faculty Recruitment: Identify Vacancies; find suitable candidates, conduct pre-trial interviews and preparation, arrange for trials, place suitable trial cleared candidates at centresConduct Centre audits – ensure adherence to SOPsTimely Reporting: Report generation and maintenance as prescribedCentre Visits – local & outstationStudent interaction & engagement/ Conduct Open HousesAttributes :Min. graduate. MBA from rung B/C institutes preferred. Academically bright. 3 – 5 years’ experience.Intelligent, sharp, team player, mature, fluency in English, good communication skills, pleasant personality.Open to travelling.IT Savvy.
