Cognitive Clinical Management
Clinical Non-invasive Management
Clinical Invasive Management
Perform and document history & physical examination
Formulate differential diagnosis
Develops and documents initial plan of care
Modifies daily plan of care
Writes daily progress notes
Obtain and document informed consent
Perform preoperative and post operative work up
Order appropriate referrals*
Order appropriate investigations*
Interpret hemodynamic parameters in critically ill patients
Interpret laboratory & radiology results
Orders and oversees transfusions of blood and blood products*
Order and administer appropriate medication and other orders as required*
Prepare an appropriate discharge summary
Communicate adequate written/verbal discharge instructions to inpatients
Perform pelvic examination and Pap smear*
Perform cardio-pulmonary resuscitation
Orders, adjusts artificial feeding modalities
Performs nasogastric intubation
Inserts urethral catheter
Inserts intravenous cannulation
Assist in surgical procedures*
Perform D&C, MTP*
Conduct low risk vaginal deliveries*
Requires discussion/supervision / presence of Consultant and above
