Job Description : Roles and ResponsibilitiesThis position shall head Digital Marketing and shall lead team of minimum 5-6 members including existing and new team member.Responsible to build Digital Marketing RoadmapDeveloping and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs across all digital channels including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, blogs and display advertising campaigns, in line with brand plans and business priorities – Both for India and International including specific region, countries, geographies with different global languages.Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customers digital journeyResponsible for carrying out advertising on Social media, handling paid media and organic.Responsible for managing CRM and customer data base and effectively using CRM for various digital marketing projects/campaigns to get maximum results. Having Good CRM Knowledge is critical.Reviewing and optimizing the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages, articles, magazines and various other marketable properties. Presently, most marketing assets/properties became digital and the candidate should have ability to use the same for multiple purposes, repurposes etc..Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google AnalyticsPlanning and controlling of the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels. Responsible for ROI and KPIs.Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms aligned with Management ObjectivesDevelop strategies that drive customers to the website. Improve the design, UX, traffic, and content of the websiteDevelop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction.
