The opportunity:
This role w ill be working closely with the sales and marketing teams in India to help with data requests and reports.
What you will be doing every day:
Work closely with sales and marketing leaders and other stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needs
Support business users with reports, dashboards and data analysis to drive business performance
Improve performance, usability and accuracy of existing reports and dashboards
Plan, develop and deploy solutions to give more insights into business performance and help in decision making
Support database management by periodic maintenance and recommend solutions for extraction and transformation of data
Develop, integrate and manage API’s with different platforms
Continuously monitor opportunities for processes improvement
Create, maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or any relevant data management or quantitative field preferred
1-3 years of experience in an analytical or operational role while analyzing complex data sets and bringing out useful insights
Extensive experience in writing complex SQL queries and working with databases
Excellent skills in CRM, Advanced Excel & ETL processes
Experience in Python, Node JS or any API development language preferred
Salesforce platform app builder certificate preferred
Experience working in Agile Environment
Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
