Job Description : Job Description: Salon Assistant ManagerHe/she should supervise the Technician duties of switching on the warmers, sanitizing the backwash and whether the towels are rolled.He/she should supervise the cleaning done by the support staffIts mandatory for the manager to check the cleanliness of the stations washrooms.Its mandatory for the managers to be a part of every consultationManagers should be well groomed themselves and also supervise the grooming of the staffHe/she should tally business cash three times in a dayManagers should be vigilant when it comes to maintenance issues as there is a possibility of it hampering the businessManagers should stand on the floor when the services are going on.
