Job Description : Job SummaryLooking for Head Master / Head Mistress who are currently residing in Bangalore / Hoskote. Candidate with experience of being a Head Master / Head Mistress for Karnataka state syllabus high school and those residing in Bangalore preferred. Should be a postgraduate with B.ED or M.Ed.Responsibilities and DutiesOur school was started in the year 2011. Within a span of 11 years we have grown to become one of the top state board schools in Hoskote. We are looking for a experienced Head Master / Head Mistress who can manage the school and further take it to newer heights.Required Experience, Skills and QualificationsThe Head Master / Head Mistressmust be able to manage the day to day activities of the schoolrecruiting new teachers and should be able to handle teaching and non teaching staffleading the staff with energy and making use of their talents and experiences for school improvementholding regular staff meetings and providing timely feedback and guiding their work according to CCE patternsinteracting and maintaining a cordial relationship with staff /students/teachersshould possess knowledge and must be able to carry out all the government education department related workshould address the parents teacher meetings , as and when requiredshould be able to organize various school functionsbeing the academic head, should be able to advise the management on the various requirements and should be able to maintain the general discipline of the school.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Hoskote, Hoskote, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:School administration: 3 years (Preferred)License/Certification:BEd (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
