Minimum Job Requirements

Educational Qualification:
Graduate from a recognized institute/university.

Experience:
1-3 yrs. of experience. Should have experience in store function of a large manufacturing unit.

Any additional requirement:
Basic knowledge of data entry

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)

The incumbent should have 1-3 years of experience. Should have experience in store function of a large manufacturing unit.

Financial
Material receipt & issue
Receiving and counting of materials
Issue of raw material (Physically) as per issue slips of production department.

Customer Oriented
Verification & Quality check
To send receiving report and material to the lab for testing.
To physically inspect the quality of raw material received.

People Oriented
Maintenance & Upkeep
Proper housekeeping in the store.

Internal Business Process
Documentation
To maintain records of incoming & outgoing material.
To enter all receipts & issue entries in the computer/register.
To prepare all the documents of received materials along with the bill.
