We look for a competent and inspired person to join Global HR Operations with accountability over how to operationalize and run the HR related Finance topics such as e.g accounting, accruals, data requirements. This position is actively interacting with Compensation & Benefits experts, Finance and cross all the HR Operations hubs and centers. In addition this role will be working with internal controls and audit area and people analytics while contributing to the efforts for continuous improvement in various operational processes.
This role will report to Global Process Owner of Payroll
Your responsibilities
You will maintain and develop the operational processes for HR to Finance: such as Payroll GL integration, Payroll Payments and HR Accruals and Headcount reporting
You will work with Compensation and Benefits and Finance stakeholders to operationalize the designed processes, instructions and rules
You will support and advise local HR teams with Finance related topics and in alignment with Finance procedures.
You will act as single-point of HR Operation contact between C&B, Finance and Operations when needed.
You will guide HR Operational Partners (e.g payroll, benefit) that provide services and tools to HR as basis for HR Finance transactions

Your background
5-10 years experience in Finance (accounting). Experience from HR is seen as strong benefit
Solid understanding on HR related transactions in Finance
Capable to organize and manage work, structured way of working and experience in process development valued
Good written and verbal communication skills to influence and coordinate with team members and senior management
Ability to influence, work and collaborate with cross functional, virtual project teams in international environment
Knowledge on tools in area of Finance (SAP) and HR (Workday, Payroll, Time management). Advanced excel skills needed
Proficient skills on Powerpoint and MS Teams and other Office applications
Fluent in English (oral and written)
