What you’ll do day-to-day
You’ll be responsible for leading the firm-wide budget and forecasting process. You’ll be spearheading the annual compensation review exercise and working in close tandem with the business leaders of the firm. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for analyzing expense trends, creating financial/ non-financial
dashboards and simulation models to meet dynamic business requirements. You’ll also be involved in the benchmarking of compensation and noncompensation metrics. You’ll be catering to various ad-hoc requests based on business requirements. Furthermore, you’ll be leading a small team of manager/ analysts.
Who we’re looking for
Candidate should have an accounting background with MBA degree in Finance or be a Chartered Accountant and have eight to ten years of relevant experience
The ideal candidate should have a self-driven approach and have an impressive sense of ownership
The candidate should have the ability to independently conceptualize solutions for unstructured queries and drive projects at initial stages
The ideal candidate should have an impressive eye for detail and good written and verbal communication skills
Candidate should have the ability to work under pressure and with tight non-negotiable timelines
The candidate should also have team management skills
