Job Description : SENIOR TECHNICAL WRITERYakshna Technologies is seeking a qualified and experienced Technical writer/ Proposal coordinator . The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES· Generate various Government Opportunities (RFP/RFQ/RFI) posted in the different Government contract vehicles and sites map opportunity according to the company capability· Communicate with customer facing teams by reporting proposal status, prioritizing tasks, understanding and clarifying requirements, clarifying issues raised by proposal writers, etc.· Re-write / edit proposal responses from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, and delivery· Ensure win themes are articulated in such a way to meet / exceed the client’s requirements· Deliver completed written proposal responses against agreed RFP deadlines, escalating issues as required· Lead storyboard sessions with bid / proposal team members· Undertake market research for the kick off and solution meetings· Assist the Bid/Proposal Manager in developing a proposal structure· Identify and re-work existing pre-written content where relevant.· Ability to coach sales and solution / SME teams in writing best practice.· Present and tag all new proposal content to the knowledge Library for potential re-use.· Excellent time management / prioritization skills· Flexibility in adapting to deadlines, changing schedules, priorities and unpredictable events· Proficient in grammar, spelling, and punctuation and have accurate proofreading skills· Detail oriented and able to work with minimal supervision· Produce professional, technically-sound, and visually-appealing presentations and graphics.Qualifications:· Any U.G degree or M.B.A· Proven skills in writing and editing proposal content within a complex business environment· Exposure in U.S government technical proposal development and processes· Excellent Working knowledge of MS Office Suite applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project)Company Name -Yakshna TechnologiesLocation -Mannivakkam (Near to vandalur)Interview- One Technical RoundCompany’s websitehttp://www.yakshnatechnologies.in/ http://www.yakshna.com/Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per yearSchedule:Morning shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Chennai – 600048, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Proposal writing: 5 years (Preferred)RFQ: 5 years (Preferred)RFP: 5 years (Preferred)Bid Management: 5 years (Preferred)Technical writing: 5 years (Preferred)US Federal: 5 years (Preferred)
