Job Description : This Role is responsible for shift breakdown handling, Siemens PLC and CNC trouble shooting. Implementing Root cause analysis, maintaining breakdown records, plant overall maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Breakdown Maintenance, Shift Trouble shooting activities & Leading shift independently with the team.
Knowledge of CNC systems 840D PL & SL, & Fanuc systems.
PLC Trouble shooting, Ladder logic modification of Siemens..
Reading of Single line diagram. Panels wiring checking & Trouble shooting.
Root cause Analysis, Spares management, ISO & TS standards documentation.
Minimum of 7-9 years of experience in the automotive environment is required.
Trouble shooting of the electrical panel as per the circuit diagram of the machine.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in Electrical Engineering 7 to 9 years.

Having worked as a Shift In-charge in Electrical maintenance. Handling Breakdowns and Machine Troubleshooting.
Essential Competencies
CNC 840 PL & SL, 828 D, Siemens & Fanuc system, PLC Siemens Problem Solving and Troubleshooting. Lead Shift In-charge Maintenance-Electrical.
