Work on understanding the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service6. Work on engaging with customers or clients and provide service and/or sales7. Work on providing suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes8. Work on learning and becoming proficient in internal software systems9.
