Job Description : Waxwing Medical Technology seeks a Soldering Technician.JOB DESCRIPTION:Expertise in Hardware assembly, modifications and re-works of SMD and TH components.Experience in assembly of QFN, SSOP, BGA and DIP ICs.Assembly of all SMD components 0201, 0402 and 0603 etc.Knowledge of SMD reflow technique for boards assembly.In depth knowledge on the basic electronics components and basic accessories used in R&D labs.Experience in using basic lab tools such as multimeters, bench power supply, bench electronic loads, oscilloscope etc.Ability to read and interpret the schematics, bring-up documents and electronics assembly documents.Experience in using Inventory management tools.Hands-on experience in Inventory Management & Tracking.Hands-on experience in handling outgoing & incoming shipments.Knowledge on ESD basic principles and ESD safety measures.Book keeping of component stock, Project materials etc.Kitting of components for external boards assembly.Basic Qualifications:Diploma in Electronics and Communications (or similar).At least 2-5 years of hands on experience in Rework activities this includes assembly and removal of ICs and SMD Components.Experience in managing electronics Inventory.Ability to study the schematics given for re-works activities.Location: Bangalore.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insurancePaid sick timeSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 2 years (Preferred)
