Job Description : Roles & Responsibilities.Setting up schedules, lesson plans and selecting learning material and resources that will help achieve curriculum objectives.· Analyzing needs, interests, strengths, and weakness of students, and developing lessons plans in accordance with these factors.· Monitoring progress and discipline and keeping parents and school counselors informed of learners who need extra support.· Establishing classroom and debating rules and ensuring all students obey these rules.· Requesting appropriate text books and learning aids.· Organizing field trips and ensuring permission slips are handed out and signed in a timely manner.· Participating in school events and acting as a chaperone when required.· Attending meetings, staff training conferences, and other ongoing learning programs.· Informing students of learning opportunities and preparing them for formal debates and other events· Maintain very strong relationship with the higher authorities.· Experience : 3-4 yrs· Remuneration : As per Industry norms & Experience· Education : BA.(TAMIL), B.Ed · PG-MA / M.Phil-TAMIL· Functional Area : Teaching· Employment Type : Full Time· Role Category : FacultyJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹9,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu, Nagercoil – 629001, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Teaching: 3 years (Preferred)Making lesson plans: 3 years (Preferred)total work: 3 years (Preferred)Language:Tamil (Preferred)
