Job Description : Key Responsibilities
The Tax Specialist responsibilities include preparation of US Federal & State Corporate Tax return, Form 5471 – International Tax Returns & related backups, various supporting schedules for the Federal & state Corporate Income Tax Returns, Depreciation schedules. you have to work closely with RPA team for all automation projects
Tax Return Compliance -Prepare Reporting of the accurate data for Domestic & International aspects of the Federal income tax return. Support U.S. Corporate Tax team for all compliance process.
Automation: Participate in technology and process improvements to improve tax return compliance process.
Teamwork – Prepare, develop and improve the tax process along with the team
Perparation of Domestic, International and State tax returns & Tax packs
Self review of deliverables
Identify and Automate Tax processes
Must Have
Bachelor’s /Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years directly related and progressively responsible tax experience 1+ years’ experience working within a Big 4 environment
We Value
Extensive understanding of tax technology inclusive of Corptax, Tableau, Alteryx, BNA, OneSource Workflow Manager as well as an enhanced level of Microsoft excel ability
Broad technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations
Effective Communicaiton and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
