Technical Delivery Manager

What this job involves:
JLL is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to work in our AP Center of Excellence (COE). This important role will lead efforts to advance the invoice processing automation capability by:

Listening and understanding current challenges of AP staff
Suggesting and working to drive changes to operational processes
Analyzing operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Liaise with JLL Technology to triage technical issues and design solutions
Keep abreast of latest developments and best practices in invoice automation

Responsibilities:
Work as an Individual Contributor as articulated by need

Perform L1 Analysis on User Training Issues, Functional Issues, Release Testing

Liaise closely with onshore Finance/Business Team, JLL Technology Team and Management

Exposure to Finance transformation projects

Data Management, Analysis & Reporting

Lead Governance Calls/Meetings with stakeholders

Drive process improvements and Implement required controls in Automated Process.

Make logical and data driven decision to differentiate BUG vs Functional Change vs External Requirement to enhance System Efficiency and Productivity

Sounds like you? To apply, you need to have:
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification

Knowledge of OCR tools like ABBY, TESSERACT etc. would be preferable

Preferably, more than 6 years of working experience in Accounts Payable in MNC

Well-versed with RPA, Automation, Business Process Restructuring, Program Management, GAP Analysis and Change Management

Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Strong Excel & Domain Knowledge

Strong Communication and Analytical Skills

Open for working in rotational shift timings as per Project Requirement

Lean Six Sigma knowledge preferred
