Roles and Responsibilities
Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements
Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation
Work with development and support leads to identify all documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storage
Research, create, and maintain information architecture templates that uphold organizational and legal standards, and allow for easy data migration
Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
Preferred skills
4-8 years of proven experience as a technical writer or equivalent role.
Knowledge of Structured documentation, DITA, DDLC is must have
Proficient with content authoring tools like Adobe FrameMaker, Oxygen, MadCap Flare
Content management experience using Adobe Experience Manager is good to have
Content governance experience using Acrolinx is good to have
Confluence knowledge is good to have
Digital banking experience is good to have.
Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics
Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
Excellent logical and analytical skills to help define documentation for business solutions.
Great verbal and written communication
Strong process minded thinking, problem solvers/ solution-oriented
Understanding agile methodology is good to have
Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
Minimum 15 years of full-time education
