Job Purpose
“This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.” Data layer development for dashboard, MIS and Reports, Data Insights for end users and leadership. HRIS (CHROMA) Data Governance, Impact analysis of modules and Periodic Audits.

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities – PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) • Creates all daily report hiring reports daily attrition reports daily headcount report daily IJP pendency report resignation acceptance pendency report Non CTC Claims Reports HR Care Reports. • They also handle talent acquisition operations and they work on reporting key TA metrics including Hiring SLA’s Days to offer decline percentage source of hiring. This SLA is published on a weekly basis • They also publish a hiring forecast report which shows how much we need to hire to publish our AOP numbers. • They also create monthly dashboards for TA and HRBP’s and HRES Team. • In the attrition reports they publish attrition trends early attrition grade wise state wise location wise tenure wise attrition. • IJP Pendency report is published to show where the IJP is pending if with HR hiring manager etc. • They publish excel and tableau reports as well. • Educating HR about Tableau usage connecting through the server hence they need SQL Knowledge to be able to run queries. • All employee details updating with respect to personal details are verified and approved by him • All HRMS updating including creation of locations or modification of locations for state City etc. Position modification are done by him and approved • Location name needs to be checked whether matching with the location name as per compliance and they take the name from the shop act license and take the location name for correction • Creation of templates for stakeholder data and collections of data from stakeholders • All claim reports are also shared by them post collections from other stakeholders within operations • Master related modifications including reporting manager changes location tagging hierarchy tagging incorrect date of birth incorrect Pan number and department mapping • Reports for claims master etc. are shared with finance • Develop Customized Visualization Data Storytelling Dashboards and Reporting using BI platforms like Tableau Advance Excel SQL VBA Power Query and SSRS to answer business questions. • Produce daily weekly monthly quarterly and ad hoc reports and dashboards. • SPOCs of HR systems to automate the reports and reporting requirements on various platforms • Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Admin good understanding of data warehouse HR Data Mart • SQL data modeling design coding testing and debugging skills optimize data loads and applications for efficient performance. • Working in the role of Tableau Developer on HR data mart with heterogeneous data sources. • Design develop and standardize processes and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights and solutions. Providing guidance training and resolutions related to Data Management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications MBA / MCA / BCA Advance knowledge Tableau Developer Intermediate knowledge of SQL Intermediate knowledge of SSRS, Power BI Advanced knowledge of Excel and macros (VBA) Advanced knowledge of Power point b) Work Experience 6 to 7 years’ experience in related industry with relevant experience of 5 to 6 years
